摘 要:全英语教学是当前为顺应培养高端专业人才需求的新的教学模式。为深入了解学院所开设的“高级食品化学”全英语课程教学的现状,结合近年来讲授该课程的教学实践经验,以问卷的形式,从学生对全英语教学的态度与动机、教师教学方法与手段的评价、教师教学效果的评价等方面进行了分析,同时针对该课程全英文授课的问题与对策分析进一步提出了思考和建议,以期为未来改进“高级食品化学”的全英文授课模式提供借鉴。English teaching is an emerging teaching mode which is conductive to meet the needs of cultivating the high-end professionals.In order to better understand the current situation of the ongoing English teaching mode of Advanced Food Chemistry in our college,based on the experience and practices in teaching this course in recent years,the author conducted a questionnaire survey,analyzed the following aspects in this paper including the students'attitudes and motivation,the evaluation of the teaching methods and teaching effects.Meanwhile,from the perspective of the problems and solutions of the English teaching mode of Advanced Food Chemistry,this paper also proposed a few thoughts and suggestions,to providing a reference for the teaching reform of English teaching mode in the future.
