摘　　要：高校青年教师群体已经逐渐成为立德树人工作的中坚力量,青年教师师德师风建设也是高校师德建设工作的重要环节。青年教师在成长过程中存在职业道德弱化、育人意识淡化、科研水平退化和功利思想严重等问题。基于此,高校要把师德教育、师德修养、师德建设作为关键抓手,完善师德工作配套机制,促进高校青年教师师德建设工作顺利进行。Young teachers in colleges and universities have gradually become the backbone of cultivating talents with lofty morality,and the construction of young teachers'professional ethics is also an important part of the work.Problems emerge in the growth of young teachers,among which are the weakening of professional ethics and educational consciousness,the degradation of scientific research quality and the serious utilitarian thought.Based on this,colleges and universities should take the education,cultivation,and construction of teachers’morality as the key points,so as to improve the supporting mechanism of the construction of teacher's ethics,and to promote the smooth progress of the construction of young teachers’ethics in colleges and universities.
