摘　　要：高职院校学生因基础差、知识接受能力弱、自我管控能力差、可能存在学习心理障碍。教师授课方式单一,教育态度不良,知识储备不足,学校管理政策及评价政策不到位等对学生学业皆具有直接或间接的影响。解决学生学业不良需要从分层分类精准甄别,提供个性化与差异化服务,推动资源融合并强化过程监督,实现对学业不良学生精准帮扶。Students in higher vocational colleges suffer from learning disabilities due to poor foundation,weak knowledge acceptance ability,poor self-control ability and potential learning psychological barriers.Teachers’single teaching method,bad teaching attitude,insufficient knowledge base,unreasonable school management,and evaluation policy have direct or indirect effects on students’learning disabilities.To solve the problem,we need to provide personalized and differentiated services,promote the integration of resources,and strengthen the process supervision,so as to help the students with learning disabilities accurately.
