摘　　要：研究生作为国民教育学历的顶端人才,在推进国家发展和社会进步、推动科技创新和人才强国的进程中发挥着重要作用。随着时代的发展,我国当前正面临着研究生高层次人才数量稀缺、意识观念不强的问题,而做好研究生思想政治教育,进而增大人才产出、提高整体的质量和水平正是解决这一问题的核心"关口"。对此,该文围绕研究生思想政治教育现状、研究生思想政治教育如何开展、怎样开展等方面进行分析探讨,从理论、实践相结合的角度出发,进而不断提升研究生思想政治教育质量和水平。Postgraduates,as the top talents with national education qualifications,play an important role in promoting national development and social progress,promoting technological innovation and the process of strengthening the country with talents.With the development of the times,our country is currently facing the problem of the scarcity of high-level graduate students and the low level of consciousness.Doing a good job in postgraduate ideological and political education,thereby increasing the output of talents,and improving the overall quality and level is the core"gateway"to solve this problem.In this regard,this paper analyzes and discusses the current situation of postgraduate ideological and political education,how to carry out postgraduate ideological and political education,and how to develop it.From the perspective of combining theory and practice,the quality and level of postgraduate ideological and political education are continuously improved.
