行业特色高校校企合作培养创业型人才的对策研究

摘　　要：在“大众创业,万众创新”的背景下,行业特色高校积极改革教学模式、建立实践基地,与企业合作培养创业型人才。文章以某省行业特色高校作为研究对象,向高校学生发放问卷并收集有效问卷369份,对高校工作者和合作企业管理者进行访谈。通过问卷分析和访谈,梳理当前行业特色高校校企合作培养创业型人才的现状,并针对目前存在的问题提出相应的对策建议。Under the background of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,colleges and universities with industry characteristics actively reform the teaching mode,establish practice base,and cultivate entrepreneurial talents by combining with enterprises.Taking universities with industry characteristics in a province as the research object,questionnaires are sent out to the students and 369 valid questionnaires are collected,and interviews with university workers and cooperative enterprise managers are carried out.Through questionnaire analysis and interviews,this paper combs the current situation of cultivating entrepreneurial talents by school-enterprise cooperation in universities with industry characteristic,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the existing problems.
