摘  要:目的:探索ARCS动机模式在住院医师规范化培训中应用的效果。方法:选取50名住培学员随机分为实验组和对照组,每组25名学员,实验组采取基于ARCS动机模式的教学,对照组采取传统的的教学。通过理论考试、技能考试、病历书写及问卷调查,统计分析两组教学效果及学员学习皮肤病学的兴趣、相关性、信心和满意度。结果:实验组学员的理论和技能考试成绩、病历书写成绩均高于对照组,有统计学差异;实验组学员学习皮肤病学的兴趣、相关性认识、信心和满意度均高于对照组。结论:基于ARCS动机模式的住培教学,有助于提高住培的质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of ARCS motivation model in standardized training for residents.Methods:50 students were selected as research objects and divided into an experimental group and a control group with 25 students in each group.The experimental group adopted ARCS motivation model-based teaching and the control group adopted traditional teaching.Through theory tests,skills tests,case record and questionnaires,the teaching effects of the two groups and students'learning interest,relevance,confidence and satisfaction were statistically analyzed.Results:The scores of theory test,skill test and case record scores in experimental group were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant.The interest,relevance,confidence and satisfaction of students in the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.0001).Conclusion:The application of ARCS-based teaching in standardized training for residents is helpful to the improvement of quality of standardized residential training.
