摘　　要：教学门诊以学生为主体接诊患者,老师为指导者,采用督导式教学及考核制度,可促进学员主动学习及提高参与度,明显提高学员的临床思维及沟通能力。教学门诊可在规培化培训中推广开展,但在实践中仍有许多问题,需要不断学习完善。Students in the outpatient department teaching receives the patients,and the teacher is the guide.Supervised teaching and the assessment system can promote active learning,enhance the participation degree,clinical thinking and the communication ability significantly,The outpatient teaching service can be promoted and carried out in the standardized training.but there are still many problems in the practice,which needs continuous perfection.
