摘 要:目的了解两个年级共205名学生训练前后批判性思维倾向的变化,结合理论及临床操作能力成绩进行统计学分析,明确是否混合式教学较传统教学更具优势?方法研究组采用混合式教学并引入多种教学方法进行教学,与传统教学的对照组进行批判性思维调查量表,OSCE考核以及期末书面考试成绩3个方面的测评并统计分析。结果经统计发现批判性思维调查结果除维度5(评判思维的自信心)无显著统计学差异以外其余维度及总分提示两个年级之间存在显著性差异,OSCE成绩以及书面考试成绩无显著统计学差异。结论混合式教学对于提高学生批判性思维能力有积极的作用,可帮助提高学生的开放性思维、创造力及求知欲等,总体效果优于传统教学。Objective This paper aims to understand the change of critical thinking ability of 205 students in two grades before and after training,and to evaluate the advantages of blended teaching over traditional one by statistical analyzing their theoretical and clinical ability. Methods The research group adopted blended teaching and introduced various teaching methods. The control group of traditional teaching was assessed with critical thinking questionnaire,OSCE examination and final written examination results. Results Statistical results showed that there were significant differences between the two grades except dimension 5( self-confidence in critical thinking).There were no significant differences in OSCE scores and written examination scores. Conclusions Blended teaching has a positive effect on improving students critical thinking ability,and can help improve students’ open thinking,creativity and desire for knowledge. The overall effect of the blended teaching is better than that of the traditional one.
