摘 要:基于TALIS 2018校长问卷调查数据,对比分析上海市中学校长和其他参与国家或地区(尤其是经济合作与发展组织成员国)中学校长在职前专业准备、在职研修活动、专业发展需求等方面的异同。研究发现,上海校长虽然在学校管理经验上具有明显优势,但在学历准备、相关专项能力培训等方面有待加强,参加非正式的同侪学习活动相对较少,专业发展上存在与工作时间冲突、缺少激励措施及门槛限制等障碍。基于此,我国要完善校长职前培养体系,实现校长专业发展的一体化;丰富校长在职研修形式,确保校长专业发展的实效性;回应校长的困难和需求,提高校长专业发展的针对性。Based on the data of TALIS 2018,this study compares and analyzes the similarities and differences between Shanghai principals and their peers in other countries or regions(especially OECD countries)participating in TALIS on pre-service preparation,in-service training,professional development needs and so on.It is found that although Shanghai principals had obvious advantages in school management experience,they were insufficient in educational background and leadership training,participated in few informal peer learning activities,and had some obstacles such as conflicting with working hours,lacking incentives and threshold restrictions in professional development.And then,this study puts forward three suggestions based on these findings.It is supposed to improve the pre-service training system of principals,enrich the forms of in-service training of principals and respond to the difficulties and needs of principals’professional development.
