摘 要:新时代高校外语教师的文化自觉问题至关重要,不仅在经济、文化交流方面需求迫切,在国家形象提升层面也起到不可忽视的作用。在外语教育方面,文化自觉的内涵不仅有对母语文化的“自知之明”,还有着对外国文化的理性借鉴和在对中西方文化已有的认知基础上进行的文化融合和创新。运用质性研究的方法综合考察了外语教师的文化自觉培养的现状、形成原因、诉求和实践路径。从教师的受教育经历、工作经历、生活经历到课堂教学、资料获取、教材建设、确立角色、理性借鉴国外文化自觉培养模式等方面着手,帮助教师树立正确的文化态度,提高文化自觉能力,开辟外语跨文化教育的新途径。In the new era,it is vital important to studying cultural awareness in foreign language education.Not only does it meet the needs of economic and cultural cooperation and exchange,it can also help to promote national image.In foreign language education,connotations of“cultural awareness”include knowledge of Chinese culture,rational studying of western culture,cultural innovation and integration based on the cognition of both cultures.Based on the comprehensive survey of language teachers’present development,appeals,cause of the formation and practice approach,we believe that in order to improve cultural awareness in foreign language education,it is necessary to take measure in various aspects concerning teachers’education experience,work experience,life experience,classroom teaching,obtaining of extra materials,teaching material preparation,establishing the role of teachers and rational studying of foreign culture so as to help appropriate attitude to China and western cultures and to blaze a new path in establishing cultural awareness in foreign language education.
