摘  要:产教融合是职业教育区别于普通教育的显著特征之一,是确保人才培养质量的有效途径。比较研究国外职业教育发达国家产教融合人才培养模式的基本架构及运行机制,提炼职业教育产教融合先进实践经验,以期为中国企业参与职业教育人才培养全过程,尤其是为在职业教育混合所有制改革、现代学徒制试点、“1+X”证书制度实施等领域提供经验借鉴。The integration of production and education,different from that of general education,is one of the remarkable features of vocational education,and an effective route that guarantees the talent cultivation.This paper aims at,by comparing the basic structure and operational mechanism of the integrated talent training modes of foreign vocational education adopted by developed countries,extracting the advanced practical experiences regarding the integrated vocational education for the purpose of providing reference for Chinese enterprises that are to participate in the whole process of vocational education personnel training,especially in such fields as the reform of mixed ownership of vocational education,the pilot of modern apprenticeship system,and the implementation of the“1 plus X”certificate system.
