摘  要:“立德树人”是高校思想政治教育工作的重要任务,培养大学生能够在未来的行业中发挥才能,抵御诱惑、守住道德和法律底线,与开展好高校职业道德教育密切相关。以“立德树人”为中心,做好大学生职业道德教育,对适应国家经济建设发展人才战略,形成社会良好职业道德风范,具有重要的现实意义。规律是客观事物发展过程中,本质的、必然的联系。遵循事物发展规律,是认识和把握事物的关键所在。高等院校职业道德教育应该遵循主体互动规律、知行同一规律、“边际效应”规律、协作共建规律、层次渐进规律等职业道德教育规律,提高职业道德教育效果,注重培养大学生职业道德思维意识和行为习惯。Moral education is the main task of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.It is closely related to the development of professional ethics education in Colleges and universities to cultivate college students to play their talents in the future industry,resist temptation,and keep the moral and legal bottom line.It is of great practical significance to do a good job of College Students'professional ethics education centering on"moral cultivation"to adapt to the talent strategy of national economic construction and development and to form a good social professional ethics.Law is the essential and inevitable connection in the development of objective things.Professional ethics education in Colleges and universities should follow the law of subject interaction,unity of knowledge and practice,"marginal effect"law,cooperation and co construction law,level gradual law and other professional ethics education laws to improve the effect of professional ethics education.
