摘  要:大量研究支持运动对生活质量、心血管健康和寿命的独特益处,因此,许多人认为多做运动总是更好的。但是,长期过度的耐力运动可能会对心血管健康产生不利影响。超级耐力竞赛会造成急性心肌损伤,肌钙蛋白和脑钠肽的升高证明了这一点。此外,与短跑比赛相比,马拉松和铁人三项比赛中心脏骤停的发生更多。经验丰富的耐力运动员经常表现出异常的心脏重塑,增加了心肌纤维化和冠状动脉钙化的风险,削弱对长寿益处。最佳运动量仍然未知,并且可能因人而异。A large number of studies support the unique benefits of exercise on quality of life,cardiovascular health and longevity.Therefore,many people believe that the more exercise,the better.However,long-term excessive endurance exercise may adversely affect cardiovascular health.Super endurance competition can cause acute myocardial damage,as evidenced by the increase in troponin and brain natriuretic peptide.In addition,compared with sprint races,cardiac arrests occur more frequently in marathons and triathlon races.Experienced endurance athletes often exhibit abnormal heart remodeling,increasing the risk of myocardial fibrosis and coronary artery calcification,and diminishing the benefits of longevity.The optimal amount of exercise is still unknown and may vary from person to person.
