摘 要:采用溶剂提取-结晶法提取蕨菜叶芽中的甾醇类物质,并用GC-MS和DSC分别分析其组成成分和热稳定性。对影响植物甾醇提取量的料液质量比因素,以及结晶工艺中影响总含量的因素进行探讨与分析。对提取物在不同温度加热过程中的表观黏度和折光系数变化进行分析。结果表明,该方法对甾醇类物质的提取纯度可达到85%,提取总量较高,试验结果令人满意。Sterols was extracted from leaf buds of pteridium by solvent extraction-crystallization.And then their composition and thermal stability were analyzed by GC-MS and DSC,respectively.The main factors affecting the extraction of phytosterols and the total content in crystallization process were discussed.The changes in apparent viscosity and refractive index of extracts during heating at different temperatures were analyzed also.The results showed that the purity of sterols could reach at 85%,the total amount of extraction was high,and the results were satisfactory.
