摘　　要：为精确控制次氯酸清洗剂中成分,设计一种基于模糊PID控制的次氯酸制备控制系统。介绍次氯酸消毒剂的制备方法和过程,针对传统PID控制方法不具备自适应调整能力,在PID中引入模糊控制理论,通过模糊控制方法实现PID参数的在线调整,采用PLC和触摸屏完成控制系统设计。To accurately control the composition of hypochlorite,a hypochlorite preparation control system based on Fuzzy PID control has been designed.The preparation method and process of hypochlorite disinfectant are introduced.In view that the traditional PID control method haven’t the ability of self-adaptive adjustment,the fuzzy control theory is introduced in the PID,and the online adjustment of PID parameters is realized by the fuzzy control method.PLC and touch screen are used to complete the design of the control system.
