日本医学继续教育的形成与发展

摘　　要：随着现代医学技术的迅猛变革与更新,每一个为国民生计与健康着想的国家都应重视医师进行终身学习的途径与保障。日本作为近代早期建立医学继续教育制度的国家之一,其制度虽然借鉴了不同西方国家的医学模式,但发展相对成熟,也有了一定的经验和见解。本文以日本医学继续教育为研究对象,从背景、现状、发展趋势等方面,对日本继续教育制度进行详细的阐述。日本作为我国一衣带水的邻邦,其在医学继续教育发展中的优势和不足都值得我们学习和借鉴,希望通过研究日本医学教育的形成与发展,对我国医学继续教育体系有所启发。With the rapid reform and renewal of modern medical technology,every country caring about the livelihood and health of the people should pay attention to the way and guarantee of lifelong learning for doctors.As one of the countries that established a continuing medical education system in the early modern times,Japan had a relatively mature system and possessed certain experience and insights,although the system had borrowed from different Western countries'medical models.Taking Japanese continuing medical education as the research object,this paper elaborates on Japanese continuing medical education system from the aspects of background,current situation and development trend.As a neighboring country of China,Japanese advantages and disadvantages in the development of continuing medical education are worth learning and using for reference.We hope that through the study on the formation and development of medical education in Japan,we can have some inspiration for our continuing medical education system.
