摘  要:大学新生入学准备度关涉高等教育质量的发展与提升。研究基于新疆X大学1033名新生入学准备度的调查分析发现:大学新生普遍存在入学准备度不足的问题,不同性别、民族和专业的学生在学习习惯、大学认知、学科成绩、语言水平、自我效能及愿望抱负等六个维度上存有群体差异,并受到家庭背景和学校教育等因素影响。为改进大学新生入学准备度,教育行政部门应注重加强高中与大学的有效衔接,高校要针对性地提供入学初期的帮扶政策以促进学生从高中到大学的平稳过渡,学生个体应在入学准备过程中养成良好的学习习惯并增强学习内驱力。The college readiness of freshmen is closely related to the development and enhancement of the higher education quality.Based on a survey of the college readiness of 1033 freshmen at X Universityin Xinjiang,it is found that there is a lack of sufficient college readiness among the majority of freshmen.More specifically,students of different gender,nationality and major show differences in their learning habits,cognition of university,academic achievements,language proficiency,self-efficacy,and aspirations.Their college readiness is also subjective to the influence of family background and school education.Therefore,it is suggested that the educational administrative departments should strengthen a two-way connection between senior high schools and universities,that colleges or universities should set up different policies to help students from different groups get accustomed to college life quickly.As for students,they should attach much more importance to the cultivation of good learning habits and the stimulation of positive learning motivation in the process of college entrance preparation.
