新形势下公安视听技术学科建设的思考

摘　　要：公安视听技术学科是为解决警务工作中日益增长的视听资料证据相关问题而产生的一门新兴学科,成立时间短、技术发展迅猛、应用性强、人才需求迫切。理清新时期公安视听技术学科的建设目标和内涵发展,总结分析公安视听技术学科建设面临的困境;明确为加快公安视听技术学科建设,公安院校应发挥自身学科优势,坚持内涵、特色、差异化发展,在建设过程中重视多学科交叉融合在解决学科重大问题中的作用,打造具有国际视野的高水平师资队伍和科研团队,充分发挥服务地方的社会职能,扩大社会影响力和知名度,助力学科发展。Police audio-visual technology subject is a new discipline to solve the growing problems related to audio-visual evidence in police work.It has been established for a short time,the technology is developing rapidly,the application is strong,and the demand for talents is urgent.The paper clarifies the construction goal and connotation development of police audio-visual technology discipline in the new period,and summarize and analyze the difficulties faced by the construction of police audio-visual technology discipline.In order to speed up the construction of the police audio-visual technology discipline,police colleges should exert its subject advantages,adhere to connotation,characteristics and differentiated development.In the construction process,colleges should pay attentions to the multidisciplinary intersection role in solving the major disciplines problem,build high level teaching staff with an international vision and the scientific research team,give full play to local social service functions,expand the social influence an popularity so as to help the subject development.
