摘　　要：高职女教师生态化职业发展,即构建高职女教师职业发展生态系统,是高职教育生态系统的一个子系统,由生态环境和生态主体构成。高职女教师生态化职业发展,具有复杂性、创新性、可调节性等特征,其影响因素包括高职女教师的职业价值观、职业发展意向、职业发展能力、家庭环境、社会环境因素等。This article studies the factors influencing ecological career development of woman teachers in higher vocational colleges in order to break through the predicament.As for the ecological career development of woman teachers in higher vocational colleges,it firstly has generalized the connotations,then analyzed structure and features of such ecological system,and finally summed up the main influencing factors.
