摘 要:原创菜品是菜品研发创新的重要组成,是具有完全自主知识产权的创新菜品。我国的原创菜品研发、认证、保护与市场应用推广,还处于探索发展初期。文章提出,推动以国家立法、政策支持、行业干预等形式,对原创菜品进行认证保护;成立专门研究机构,推动原创菜品研发;通过政行企校研等多方协同发展,对原创菜品进行市场应用推广,形成研发、推广、应用闭环链发展模式。Original dishes are an significant constituent part of innovation in research of dishes and innovative ones with full intellectual property rights.Research&development,accreditation,protection and marketing application&popularization of original dishes in our country are still at its initial stage of exploration and development.This article suggests to promote accreditation and protection of original dishes by means of national legislation,policy support,industrial intervention,etc.;establish special research institutions to push forward R&D of original dishes;and carry out marketing application&popularization of original dishes through collaborative development among multiple sides as governments,the industry,enterprises,schools,research institutes,etc.,so as to form a closed loop of development for R&D,popularization and application.
