摘　　要：结合福建省高校科技特派员制度的实施情况,论述二十多年来福建省高校在选认渠道、精准帮扶、协调推进、完善机制等方面的科技特派员制度实践与创新取得的成效,对完善高校科技特派员制度创新发展提出建议,为推动新时代高校科技特派员工作不断走深走实,全面推进乡村振兴,加快农业农村现代化建设具有重要意义。In the light of the implementation of the sci-tech commissioner system in Fujian’s institutions of higher education,this paper expounds the effectiveness of the practice and innovation of this system in terms of selection channels,targeted assistance,and coordination and improvement mechanisms in Fujian over the past twenty years or so.On this basis,this paper puts forward suggestions for improving the innovation and development of the system.This study is significant for enhancing the breadth and depth of the work of university scitech commissioners in the new era,advancing rural revitalization across the board,and accelerating agricultural modernization.
