继续教育泛经济主义及其反思

摘　　要：以经济的价值、目标和手段处理继续教育发展问题的泛经济主义导致成人院校片面追求经济利益、片面追求职业发展和片面追求规模效益等错误实践,从而使继续教育陷入产业化、唯职业化和功利化的发展误区。成人院校应超越泛经济主义的发展观念,重构公益性的价值取向、全面发展的目标取向和高质量的过程取向。Pan-economism,which deals with the development of continuing education with economic values,goals and means,leads to the wrong practice of adult colleges in one-sided pursuit of economic interests,one-sided pursuit of professional development and one-sided pursuit of scale efficiency,which leads to the misunderstanding of industrialization,professionalization and utilitarianism in the development of continuing education.Adult colleges should transcend the development concept of pan-economism and reconstruct the value orientation of public welfare,the goal orientation of comprehensive development and the process orientation of high quality.
