摘  要:目的分析探讨在外科实习生临床教学中采用Mini-CEX考核模式的应用价值。方法选取医院实习的100名外科实习生作为本次研究对象,实习生实习时间为2018年1月—2019年12月,按照教学方法的不同分为传统教学组与Mini-CEX教学组,两组各有实习生50名,实习结束后对比两组实习生的理论知识考核成绩与实践操作考核成绩,并统计两组实习生的教学满意度与职业满意度评分情况。结果教学结束后,Mini-CEX教学组的实习生理论知识考核成绩与实践操作考核成绩明显优于传统教学组,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);而在教学满意度与职业满意度评分方面,Mini-CEX教学组的教学满意度与职业满意度评分明显优于传统教学组,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在外科实习生临床教学中采用Mini-CEX考核模式能够有效提高教学效果与质量,同时也能够提升实习生的教学满意度水平,并增加其对于自身的职业认可,强化自身的职业定位,效果确切显著。Objective To analyze and explore the application value of Mini-CEX assessment mode in clinical teaching of surgical interns.Methods 100 surgical interns who came to our hospital for internship were selected as the objects of this study.The internship of intern was from January 2018 to December 2019.According to different teaching methods,they were divided into traditional teaching group and MiniCEX teaching group.There were 50 interns in each of the two groups.After the internship,the theoretical knowledge assessment results and practical operation assessment results of the two groups of interns are compared,and the teaching satisfaction and professional satisfaction scores of the two groups of interns are counted.Results After the end of teaching,the scores of the theoretical knowledge and practical operation of the interns in the Mini-CEX teaching group were significantly better than the traditional teaching group,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05);while in the teaching satisfaction and career satisfaction scores,the scores of teaching satisfaction and professional satisfaction of the Mini-CEX teaching group were significantly better than those of the traditional teaching group,and the differences between the groups were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of the Mini-CEX assessment model in clinical teaching of surgical interns can effectively increase the teaching effect and quality,and also can improve the teaching satisfaction of interns,increase their professional recognition and strengthen their professional positioning.The effect is indeed remarkable.
