摘 要:目的研究多元化考核系统在临床医学实习阶段的应用。方法选取本科2014级及2015级临床医学实习生作为研究对象,随机分为多元化考核组(n=41)和常规考核组(n=41);多元化考核组采用多元化考核方法,常规考核组采用常规考核方法;观察两组实习生的成绩以及实习生填写我院自行设计的问卷调查表的结果。结果多元化考核组实习生的平均考核成绩显著高于常规考核组实习生的平均考核成绩,两组考核成绩对比(P <0.05);使用我院自行设计的问卷调查表对两组实习生的学习积极性、对学习的兴趣、知识掌握程度、动手能力、综合能力进行问卷调查,多元化考核组的各项评分均高于常规考核组(P <0.05)。结论多元化考核系统能明显提高实习生成绩以及五项能力,值得应用。Objective To study the application of the diversified assessment system in the clinical medical practice phase.Methods The 2014 and 2015 clinical medical interns in our hospital were selected as the research subjects,which were randomly divided into the diversified assessment group(n=41)and the routine assessment group(n=41).The diversified assessment group adopted the diversified assessment method.The routine assessment team used the routine assessment method;observed the results of the two groups of interns and the results of the interns filling out the questionnaires designed by our institute.Results The average scores of the interns in the diversified assessment group were significantly higher than those in the regular assessment group.The scores of the two groups were compared(P<0.05).The two groups of interns were designed using the questionnaire designed by our institute.The enthusiasm for learning,the interest in learning,the degree of mastery of knowledge,the ability to master,and the comprehensive ability were investigated.The scores of the diversified assessment group were higher than those of the regular assessment group(P<0.05).Conclusion The diversified assessment system can significantly improve the performance of interns and five abilities,which are worthy of application.
