摘 要:目的探究目标管理法在手术室护理实习生带教中的应用价值。方法入选2017年9月—2018年9月的手术室护理实习生140名,随机分成对照组与观察组,每组70名。对照组采用传统的带教方式教学,观察组采用目标管理法的方式教学。比较两组实习生的教学成绩与满意度。结果观察组实习生的教学成绩优良率、对教学的满意度均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论目标管理法在手术室护理实习生带教中的应用价值较高,增强手术室实习生教学效果,在手术室实习生带教中值得应用。Objective To explore the value of target management in nursing intern teaching in operating room.Methods 140 nursing interns in operating room from September 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 70 interns in each group.The traditional teaching method was used in the control group and the goal management method was used in the observation group.The teaching results and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of teaching performance and satisfaction with teaching of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of target management method in nursing intern teaching in operating room is high,and it is worth applying.
