高等院校全科医学教育的现况分析

摘　　要：以人民健康为中心,关注生命全周期、健康全过程的大卫生、大健康理念对新时代全科医学教育提出了新的更高的要求。积极发展全科医学教育,培养合格的全科医生,是我国全科医学教育模式改革的核心。全科医学发展进入了新的历史时期,全科医学学科建设与教育教学改革处于重要的阶段,当务之急是顺应时代发展与医疗诉求,高等医学院校充分发挥各自优势,积极开展全方位、深层次全科医学学科建设,加强教育教学管理,以为基层源源不断输送高质量全科医生为培养目标。Taking people’s health as the center,the concept of health and health that pay attention to the entire life cycle and the entire process of health has put forward new and higher requirements for general medical education in the new era.Active development of general medical education and training qualified general medical doctors are the core of the reform of general medical education model in China.The development of general medicine has entered a new historical period,and the construction of general medicine disciplines and the reform of education and teaching are at an important stage.The urgent task is to comply with the development of the times and medical demands.Each higher medical college actively carries out the construction of allround and deep-seated general medical teaching materials,and strengthens the management of education and teaching.It is the goal of training high-quality general practitioners at the grassroots level.
