地方高校分析测试中心服务地方产业发展的思路和方法

摘　　要：黄山当地传统产业的转型升级和新兴产业的崛起面临人才匮乏难题,分析测试人才更是捉襟见肘。通过剖析当地产业发展所面临的困境和地方高校分析测试中心所具优势,可采用加强分析测试业务倾向性,灵活开展技术培训和共建产学研校企大型仪器共享使用平台的方式提升当地产业分析测试人才的业务水平,既满足当地产业发展需求,也为学校建设地方应用型高水平大学的目标贡献应有力量。The transformation and upgrading of the traditional local industries and the thriving new emerging enterprises are confronted with the difficulty of rarity of the talented personnel, especially the talents who are experienced on analysis and testing. By analyzing the difficulties faced by the local industry development and the advantages of the local university analysis and testing center, we can improve the business level of local industry Analysis and Testing talents by strengthening the tendency of analysis and testing business, flexibly developing technical training and jointly building the sharing platform of large instruments of University enterprises, so as to meet the needs of local industry development and contribute to the goal of building local application-oriented universities of high level.
