摘 要:如何提高个体的主观幸福感一直是业界和学界所关注的重点问题,在工作中,几乎每个员工都会受到来自工作任务的时间压力,但现有文献中,将时间因素纳入到个体主观幸福感影响因素方面的研究还十分有限,而聚焦于领导者对时间有效管理的研究更是匮乏,亟须进一步拓展。基于资源保存理论和资源分配理论,本文探讨了时间领导对员工的主观幸福感的作用机制,并分析了工作-家庭增益的中介作用和时间压力与乐观的调节作用,揭开了时间领导与个体主观幸福感关系的黑箱。研究结果发现:时间领导对个体的主观幸福感具有显著的促进作用,工作-家庭增益在时间领导与主观幸福感关系中起中介作用,时间压力会正向调节时间领导对工作-家庭增益的影响,乐观则正向调节工作-家庭增益对主观幸福感的影响。How to improve the subjective well-being of the individual is always the key point of the industry and academia concern problem.Almost every individual has time pressure from work,but the existing results including time factor in the impact on the individual subjective well-being are very limited.Temporal leadership is regarded as an organizational mechanism that not only alleviates the defects of temporal divergence,but also enables organizations to effectively operate with the benefit of temporal diversity,and leaders to focus on the study of effective time management is scarce,and needs further development.Based on the theory of resource preservation and resource allocation,this paper probes into the mechanism of subjective well-being of employees from the perspective of temporal leadership,analyzes the mediating effect of work-family enrichment and the regulating effect of time pressure and optimism,and opens the black box of the relationship between temporal leadership and individual subjective well-being.342 sets of data were collected from Shanghai,Hangzhou,Guangzhou and Shenzhen by cross-time point questionaires,and the research hypotheses were verified by using confirmatory factor analysis,bootstrapping and simple slope test.The results show that temporal leadership has a significant promoting effect on subjective well-being,and work-family enrichment has a mediating effect in the above relationships.Time pressure can positively moderate the effect of time leadership on work-family enrichment,while optimism can positively moderate the effect of work-family enrichment on subjective well-being.By adding time factor into the relationship between leadership behavior and individual subjective well-being,it is helpful to enrich the research on subjective well-being and temporal leadership.By exploring the positive effect of temporal leadership on subjective wellbeing,it can provide reference and inspiration for the following research.Work-family enrichment realizes the transmission process of the influence of
