摘  要:针对煤矿通风系统设计了一种智能化监控系统,对系统的功能需求及风机监测参数进行分析,提出了一种智能监控系统方案。采用模糊控制理论弥补传统PID控制器参数无法调整的缺陷,通过重心法实现模糊推理过程,保证参数更加符合实际需求。采用STM32系列单片机作为系统处理器,设计了RS232串口通信电路,分析系统所需采集参数,并选型设计系统的传感器模块。智能监控系统可实现风机故障信号的实时监测与风速的自适应调节,满足矿井通风需求。An intelligent monitoring system is designed for coal mine ventilation system in this article;the functional requirements of the system and fan monitoring parameters are analyzed,and an intelligent monitoring system scheme is proposed.The fuzzy control theory is used to make up for shortcomings of the traditional PID controller parameters that cannot be adjusted,and the fuzzy inference process is realized through the center of gravity method to ensure that the parameters are more in line with actual needs.The STM32 series single-chip microcomputer is used as the system processor to design the RS232 serial communication circuit;the acquisition parameters required by the system are then analyzed,and the sensor module of the system is selected and designed.The intelligent monitoring system can realize real-time monitoring of fan fault signals and adaptive adjustment of wind speed to meet the needs of mine ventilation.
