基于Kano模型的绿色金融安全情报服务要素研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]重视绿色金融安全情报服务的管理并提高情报服务满意度,从而充分发挥情报服务的作用,对于绿色金融及社会的平稳发展具有重要的现实意义。[方法/过程]根据绿色金融安全情报服务全周期的要素,在Kano模型基础上设计问卷,并按照传统分类法、混合分类法和改良分类法三种方法进行情报服务要素属性的讨论。[结果/结论]研究表明,不同分类背景下的要素属性归类存在差异,魅力型要素、期望型要素、基本型要素和无差异型要素等类别内的要素也存在演变的趋势。需针对用户目前的心理及以后的心理变化,进行绿色金融安全情报服务各要素的完善。[Purpose/Significance]It is of great practical significance to attach importance to the management of green finance security intelligence service and improve the satisfaction of intelligence service,so as to give full play to the role of intelligence service,which is of great practical significance to the stable development of green finance and society.[Method/Process]According to the elements of the full cycle of green financial security intelligence service,a questionnaire was designed based on the Kano model,and the attributes of intelligence service elements were discussed according to the traditional classification,mixed classification and improved classification.[Result/Conclusion]The research shows that there are differences in the classification of factor attributes under different classification backgrounds,as well as the evolution trend of the elements within the categories of charm elements,expectation elements,basic elements and indifference elements.It is necessary to improve all elements of green financial security intelligence service according to users'current and futural psychological changes.
