摘　　要：随着内镜技术的发展,内镜诊断及治疗技术水平的不断提高,消化内镜及技术已经成为消化系疾病诊治的重要手段,也是未来消化疾病的主要发展方向。消化内镜在我国得到了广泛的应用,已经逐渐普及到基层医院,满足了人民群众日益增长的医疗需求。消化内镜是一门技术要求很高的专业应用,消化科医生或内镜医生需要具备良好的操作技术并做出正确的诊断,这需要长期的培训学习,并不断的在实践中提高。胃肠镜是所有内镜操作的基本功,是顺利完成检查,准确发现病灶并明确诊断的前提,且良好的操作习惯不仅减少患者的痛苦,且有利于避免并发症的产生。结肠镜是内镜操作中的一项基本技术,有一定的技术难度及特点,并存在一定的并发症可能。因此规范化的结肠镜培训学习是内镜医师成长的良好助益,结肠镜的学习是一个循序渐进的过程,不仅在于掌握正确的结肠镜插入法,完成操作本身,重要的是不断的学习内镜下病变的特征,更好的做出诊断。我院内镜中心在长期的结肠镜教学中,积累了丰富的经验,现将平时结肠镜教学中的一些体会总结如下。With the development of digestive endoscopy,it has become an important means of diagnosis and treatment of digestive diseases.It’s also been the major direction of gastroenterology in the future.Digestive endoscopy has been gradually popularly used in primary hospitals in our country,In order to meet the growing medical needs of the people.Digestive endoscopy is a professional application.the gastroenterologists and endoscopy doctors need to have good operation skill and make correct diagnosis.And good operation habits not only reduce the pain of patients,but also reduce the occurrence of complications.As a basic endoscopic operation,colonoscopy is a relatively difficult examination,and leads to some complications.Therefore,standardized colonoscopy training is necessary for the growth of the endoscopy doctor.The study of colonoscopy is a step-by-step process.It is not only to master the correct insertion method,but also to learn how to make a correct diagnosis.The endoscopy center of our hospital has accumulated rich experience in colonoscopy teaching.Thus,the experience in the training of colonoscopy is provided as follows.
