摘  要:教师评学是学校教学质量监控体系中的重要环节之一,是学校进行有效监控的有力手段,而医学院校有其专业课程的特殊性,以及医学人才的培养要求,因此,构建科学完善的医学院校“教师评学”评价体系尤为重要。本文旨在信息化形势下,对医学院校“教师评学”评价体系构建与实践进行分析探讨,从而推动学校信息化教学质量监控体系的建立,提升学校教学质量。Teachers’evaluation on the learning of students is one of the important links in the school teaching quality control system,and it is a powerful means for teaching institutions to carry out effective monitoring.Medical colleges and universities have the particularity in terms of their professional courses,as well as particular requirements for training medical talents.Therefore,it is particularly important to construct a scientific and good system of“teachers’evaluation on students’learning”in medical colleges and universities.This paper aims to analyze and discuss the construction and practice of the“teachers’evaluation on students’learning”system in medical colleges and universities in the context of informatization,so as to promote the establishment of informationized teaching quality control system and improve the teaching quality.
