摘 要:本课程按照供应链采购、供应链管理等核心工作岗位对知识、能力、素质的要求,结合学生职业能力可持续发展的需求及1+x证书要求选取教学内容,深挖思想政治教育元素,融入知识传授和能力培养之中,塑造课堂新形态。在教学实施过程中,教师坚持以学生职业素养培养为导向,锚定教学目标,根据学生学情因材施教,开展教学模式改革,关注课前、课中、课后教学全过程,在潜移默化中坚定学生的理想信念、厚植爱国主义情怀、加强品德修养、增长知识见识、培养奋斗精神,实现知识技能传授与思想政治教育同频共振。锁定教学内容,科学合理设计教学,采取“引、思、学、练、完、评”六大环节组织教学,采用“一平台、两环境、三阶段、四结合”的原则创新教学方式,激发了学生学习的内动力,打造了守初心、铸匠魂、强技能的高效课堂,精准突破核心技能岗位的教学重点和难点,有效达成教学目标,实现学生知识技能与职业素养共成长。This course selects teaching content according to the requirements of core jobs such as supply chain procurement and supply chain management for knowledge,ability,and quality,combined with the sustainable development of students’professional ability and 1+x certificate requirements,and digs into ideological and political education elements.Through knowledge transfer and ability training,a new form of classroom is shaped.In the process of teaching implementation,teachers adhere to the training of students’professional quality,anchor the teaching goals,teach students in accordance with their aptitude,carry out teaching model reforms,pay attention to the whole process of pre-class,in-class and post-class teaching,strengthen students’ideals and beliefs in a subtle way,cultivate patriotism,strengthen moral cultivation,increase knowledge,cultivate the spirit of struggle,and attach equal importance to knowledge and skill education and ideological and political education.The teaching content is locked.The teaching is designed scientifically and rationally.The teaching is organized in six links of“introduction,thinking,learning,practice,completion,and evaluation”,and the innovative teaching method of“one platform,two environments,three stages,and four combinations”is used to stimulate students’internal learning motivation,create an efficient classroom that keeps the original aspiration,the craftsmanship,and strong skills,which accurately breaks through the key and difficult teaching points of core skills,effectively achieves the teaching goals,and realizes the growth of students’knowledge,skills and professionalism.
