摘　　要：统计分析方法中的响应面法自问世以来在众多领域应用广泛,在总结近年响应面分析方法在食用菌研究与生产方面应用的同时,提出该方法在食用菌领域的其他方面还具有更实际的可操作性,为该方法能够在食用菌领域中得到更进一步的推广与应用提供参考。The response surface method of statistical analysis has been widely used in many fields since it came into being. In this paper, the application of the response surface analysis method in the research and production of edible fungi in recent years were summarized. Meanwhile, it is proposed that the method can be more practical and operable in other aspects of the field of edible fungi, providing reference for the further promotion and application of the method in the field of edible fungi.
