摘 要:目的探究积极行为支持策略对听障儿童攻击行为、语言能力发展的影响。方法选取2015年1月~2019年12月我院收治的听力障碍患儿123例,采用随机数字表法分为实验组与对照组,对照组采用语言康复训练干预,实验组在语言康复训练基础上采用积极行为支持策略,对比两组攻击行为、语言能力的发展情况。结果干预后,实验组身体攻击、言语攻击、愤怒、敌意及总分均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后两组语言可懂度分级(SIR)评分均较干预前升高,实验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论积极行为支持策略可有效减少听力障碍患儿攻击次数与严重程度,促进语言能力发展。Objective To explore the effect of positive behavior support combined with language rehabilitation training on aggressive behavior,language ability of children with hearing impairment.Methods 123 children with hearing impairment in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2019 were selected and divided into the combined group and the control group by random number table.The control group was given language rehabilitation training intervention,and the combined group was given positive behavior support combined with language rehabilitation training intervention.The aggressive behavior,language ability of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the scores of physical attack,verbal attack,anger,hostility and total score in the combined group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the speech intelligibility ratings(SIR)scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the combined group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Positive behavior support combined with language rehabilitation training can effectively reduce the attack frequency and severity of children with hearing impairment,promote the development of language expression ability.
