摘　　要：目的:检索、阅读、汇总中国知网硕士学位论文中关于胰性脑病的文献。方法:检索中国知网硕士学位论文库,主题词/关键词为“胰性脑病”,检索时间为2010-2019年,阅读分析相关学位研究论文后,汇总研究成果的进展情况。结果:共检索出硕士论文22篇,符合此次研究要求的共有9篇,其中动物实验研究7篇、临床资料研究2篇,药物治疗研究6篇(中药研究3篇,西药研究3篇)、中医辨证研究1篇;相关研究机构为内蒙古医科大学(3篇)、福建医科大学(2篇)、天津医科大学(1篇)、广东药学院(1篇)、广西医科大学(1篇)、泸州医学院(1篇)。结论:胰性脑病相关研究学位论文围绕大鼠胰性脑病建模实验、胰性脑病中有害细胞因子和氧自由基定量分析研究、胰性脑病中医辨证研究、药物对胰性脑病的治疗研究、胰性脑病临床资料回顾性研究等问题开展。Objective:To search and summarize the literature about pancreatic encephalopathy in CNKI.Methods:The database of master's degree papers of CNKI was searched with the key words of"pancreatic encephalopathy"from 2010 to 2019.After reading and analyzing the relevant research papers,the progress of relevant research results was summarized.Results:A total of 22 masters'thesis were retrieved,there were 9 articles that met the requirements of the study,included 7 articles on animal experiments and 2 articles on clinical data,6 articles on drug treatment(3 articles on traditional Chinese medicine and 3 on Western medicine),1 article on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine.The related research institutions were Inner Mongolia medical university(3 articles),Fujian medical university(2 articles),Tianjin medical university(1 articles),Guangdong pharmacy college(1 articles),Guangxi medical university(1 articles)and Luzhou medical college(1 articles).Conclusion:The related research dissertations of pancreatic encephalopathy focus on the modeling experiment of rat pancreatic encephalopathy,the quantitative analysis of harmful cytokines and oxygen free radicals in pancreatic encephalopathy,the dialectical research of traditional Chinese medicine,the treatment of pancreatic encephalopathy with drugs,and the retrospective study of clinical data of pancreatic encephalopathy.
