职业学校教师企业实践能力模型构建研究

摘　　要：构建职业学校教师企业实践能力理论框架,以提高教师企业实践的实效性和长效性,综合使用定性分析法和定量分析法,基于职业分析法提出职业学校教师企业实践能力的结构构想;借助SPSS软件进行探索性因子分析、AMOS24进行验证性因子分析,最终确定职业学校教师企业实践能力模型为6因子结构。该能力模型所用问卷具有较好的信效度,对职业学校教师企业实践有重要的理论指导作用。The theoretical framework of vocational school teachers'enterprise practice competence is constructed to improve the ef⁃fectiveness and long-term effectiveness of teachers'enterprise practice.Qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are used com⁃prehensively in this study.On the basis of occupational analysis,this paper puts forward the structural idea of vocational teachers'enterprise practice competence.Exploratory factor analysis with the help of SPSS software and confirmatory factor analysis with AMOS24 software are carried out.Finally,the six-factor structure of the enterprise practice competence model of vocational teach⁃ers is determined.The questionnaire used in the competence model has good reliability and validity,and has important theoretical guidance for vocational school teachers'enterprise practice.
