保山市大型科研设施与仪器对外开放共享现状及对策

摘　　要：从价值、数量、结构、开机运行、对外服务、日常管理、境外合作等方面分析了云南省保山市大型科研设施与仪器的开放共享情况,厘清存在的主要问题,包括共享对象确定难、成本补偿政策冲突、激励机制不健全、缺乏可持续运营模式、供需错位,并提出相关对策。The open opening and sharing of large-scale scientific research facilities and instruments in Baoshan City,Yunnan Province is analyzed from the aspects of value,quantity,structure,startup opera⁃tion,external services,daily management,and overseas cooperation.The author clarifies the main prob⁃lems,including the difficulty in sharing object determination,the conflict of cost compensation policy,the imperfect incentive mechanism,the lack of sustainable operation mode,the dislocation of supply and demand,and puts forward relevant countermeasures.
