摘　　要：诚信是个人在社会立足所必需具备的基本素质,也是个人职业生涯所倡导并强调的基本职业素养,在个人成长、发展中起着至关重要的作用。高职院校在培养学生知识和技能的同时,不能忽视学生综合素质的培养,尤其是诚信意识的养成和诚信品质的塑造。通过在学生日常管理和专业学习过程中拓宽诚信教育路径,切实提高高职学生的诚信素养,实现学生个人的全面发展。Integrity is one of the basic qualities that must be possessed in social life,as well as the basic professional quality advocated and emphasized in the career life.It plays a crucial role in personal growth and development.Higher vocational colleges should not only impart knowledge and skills,but also pay attention to the cultivation of students’comprehensive quality,especially the integrity consciousness and integrity quality.Through the integrity education in the course of college students’daily management and professional learning,their comprehensive development can be realized practically.
