摘　　要：“不忘初心、牢记使命”制度的建立意义重大,为高校基层党建工作指明了方向,是全面从严治党向纵深发展的重要抓手,是全心全意为人民服务宗旨在新时代的具体要求。高校要从工作实际出发,探索“不忘初心、牢记使命”制度建设的落实路径,即健全理论学习制度,引领初心使命;规范支部建设制度,锤炼初心使命;完善服务人民制度,践行初心使命。The establishment of the system of"remain true to our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind"is of great significance.It points out the direction for the grass-roots Party construction in colleges and universities.It is an important starting point for the in-depth development of full and strict governance over the Party,and also a specific requirement for the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly in the new era.Colleges and universities should start from the actual work,explore the implementation path of the system construction of"remain true to our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind",that is,improving the theoretical learning system to lead the initial mission,standardizing the branch construction system to hone the initial mission,improving the system of serving the people to practice the initial mission.
