摘 要:服务区域经济社会发展,为乡村振兴培育技术技能型涉农人才是我国县域农村职教的基本属性和根本任务。要适应新时代职业教育发展的要求,县域农村职教亟需突破服务区域经济社会发展能力孱弱、涉农人才培养模式难以适应乡村振兴的实践困境。根据平度职教中心培育新型职业农民的经验,县域农村职教需要通过强化职业性与适农性的办学定位,产教融合实现服务区域“三农”需求,优化人才培育制度服务人才振兴,多元办学促人才培育质量提升等路径助力乡村人才振兴。It is the basic attribute and fundamental task of county rural vocational education to serve regional economic and social development and cultivate technical and skilled agriculture-related talents for rural revitalization.To meet the requirements of the development of vocational education in the new era,the county rural vocational education needs to break through the practice dilemma of low ability on serving regional economic and social development,and agriculture-related talents training model not adapting to rural revitalization.Combined with the experience of Pingdu vocational education center to cultivate new type of vocational farmers,rural vocational education in county areas needs to strengthen the orientation of vocational and suitable agriculture,realize the demand of“agriculture,rural areas,peasants”through the integration of production and education,optimize the talent cultivation system,serve the revitalization of talents,and promote the quality of talent training by multi-running objections to promote the revitalization of rural talents.
