玉米全粉中黄曲霉毒素B1标准物质的研制

摘　　要：目的研制玉米全粉中黄曲霉毒素B1成分分析的标准物质。方法采用高效液相色谱法对玉米全粉中黄曲霉毒素B1候选物进行均匀性检验、稳定性考察,选取8家具有较高检测水平的实验室开展多家实验室联合定值。结果均匀性检验的方差分析结果显示F统计值<F临界值。稳定性监测结果分析显示,候选物中黄曲霉毒素B1未观测到不稳定性。该标准物质具有良好的均匀性,可在常温(<25℃)下保存,在低于60℃的条件下运输。玉米全粉中黄曲霉毒素B1标准物质定值结果为(27±3)μg/kg,k=2(95%置信区间)。结论本研究的标准物质均匀性、稳定性良好,定值结果准确。Objective To prepare a standard substance for the analysis of aflatoxin B1 in corn powder.Methods The homogeneity and stability of the reference material was inspected by high performance liquid chromatography.The property value was analyzed by 8 laboratories with abundant experiences in characterization of reference material.Results The homogeneity was tested by the analysis of variance,and the result was Fstatistic value<Fcritical value.Analysis of stability monitoring results showed that no instability was observed in aflatoxin B1.The reference material had good uniformity and could be stored at room temperature(<25℃)and transported at less than 60℃.The value of aflatoxin B1 in corn powder was(27±3)μg/kg,k=2(95%CI).Conclusion The uniformity and stability of the reference material are good,and the result of determination is accurate。
