摘  要:高校是我国实施人才培养、助力成长成才的重要基地,也是育人的重要摇篮。“课程思政”背景下,高校全员育人的思政教育格局逐渐形成。高校辅导员和专业课教师作为与学生接触最广泛的一线教学人员对于协同育人有着积极意义。在分析辅导员与专业课教师协同育人意义的基础上,剖析当前高校辅导员与专业课教师协同育人存在的问题,从立德树人这一核心出发,高校辅导员与专业课教师协同育人模式的构建应从构建“融合格局”,达成“思想共识”,建立“协同模式”出发,结合三全育人理念下苦功夫,才能达到培养时代新人的目的。Colleges and universities are an important base for the implementation of personnel training and help to grow and become talents,and also an important cradle of education.Under the background of“curriculum ideological and political education”,the ideological and political education pattern of all staff education in colleges and universities has gradually formed.College counselors and professional teachers,as the most extensive front-line teaching staff with students,have positive significance for collaborative education.This paper first analyzes the significance of collaborative education between counselors and professional teachers.On this basis,this paper analyzes the current problems of collaborative education between college counselors and professional teachers.Further,from the core of moral education,this paper expounds the suggestions of collaborative education between college counselors and professional teachers.The construction of the mode should start from the construction of“fusion pattern”,reaching“ideological consensus”,establishing“collaborative mode”,combining with the concept of“three complete education”,so as to achieve the purpose of cultivating new people of the times.
