牡丹肽-聚氨酯整理剂的制备及其对校服的功能整理

摘　　要：通过牡丹肽修饰水性聚氨酯,制备出牡丹肽-聚氨酯整理剂,对中小学生校服面料进行抑菌、抗起毛起球和速干功能整理。结果显示,整理剂质量浓度达到30g/L时,校服面料对4种细菌的抑菌率均达到90%以上,抗起球性能达到4级,校服面料的蒸发速率为0.28g/h,透湿量达12000g/(m^(2)·d)。Peony peptide-polyurethane finishing agent is prepared by modifying water-based polyurethane with peony peptide,which is used for antibacterial,anti pilling and quick-drying finishing of school uniform fabrics for primary and secondary school students.The results show that when the concentration of finishing agent reaches 30 g/L,school uniform fabrics after treatment feature good functional properties,including good anti⁃bacterial rate against four kinds of bacteria more than 90%,anti-pilling performance of Grade 4,the evaporation rate of 0.28 g/h,and the moisture permeability of 12000 g/(m^(2)·d).
