摘  要:运用OptiStruct软件,针对400km/h高速列车车体,计算其在重要载荷作用下的结构强度、刚度以及模态分析后,以列车的底架作为研究对象,对其进行拓扑优化设计。结合OptiStruct中的OSSmooth模块和SOLIDWORKS软件,总结分析不同载荷方式作用下得出的拓扑优化结果,确定车体底架结构内筋的分布,得出最佳截面形状,并对优化后的底架结构及车体进行静强度以及模态分析比较。对比得出,优化后底架结构减重6.82%,满足车体强度、刚度及模态频率等性能要求的同时,改善了结构的应力分布。Based on OptiStruct platform,the structural strength,stiffness and modal calculation and analysis of the high-speed train with a speed of 400km/h are carried out.Taking its underframe as the research object,the topological optimization is car⁃ried out.Combined with the OSSmooth module and SOLIDWORKS,the topology optimization results obtained under different load modes are summarized and analyzed.Based on the results of topology optimization,the distribution of the inner ribs of the car body underframe structure is determined,and the optimal cross-sectional shape of the underframe is obtained.The static strength and modal analysis of the optimized underframe are compared.After optimization,the underframe lost 6.82%of its weight,which not only meet the performance requirements of vehicle body strength,stiffness and modal frequency,but also improves the stress dis⁃tribution of the structure.
