摘　　要：文章旨在梳理中国共产党在上海交通大学的百年发展脉络和重大成就,总结交大党组织在中华人民共和国成立前领导爱国学生运动,铸就“民主堡垒”的历史贡献,并着重分析了中华人民共和国成立特别是改革开放以来党组织在推进交大建设世界一流大学等重大进程中所发挥的领导核心作用以及所形成的经验启示。中共党组织在上海交大的百年历程是一个典型的历史缩影,充分说明了中国共产党作为有着崇高理想信念和强大组织能力的百年政党,是领导中国高等教育稳步前行的根本保证。This paper aims to sort out the centennial development and major achievements of the CPC in SJTU,summarize its historic contribution in leading the patriotic student movements and creating a"bastion of democracy"before 1949,and focuses on the analysis of the core role of the CPC in promoting the construction of SJTU into a world-class university since the founding of the People's Republic of China,especially since the Reform and Opening-up,and the analysis of the experience and enlightenment gained from that historical course.The centennial course of the CPC organization in SJTU is a typical historical miniature,which fully shows that the CPC,as a centennial political party with lofty ideals and beliefs and strong organizational ability,is the fundamental guarantee for leading China's higher education to move forward steadily.
