摘  要:针对某双卷扬机构左侧卷扬动作异常故障问题,进行了故障树分析,查明了先导阀阀体内的金属多余物导致阀芯卡滞,造成二通插装阀不封油的故障,同时利用能谱法分析了多余物成分并确定其来源,最后对卷扬液压系统提出维护建议,提升了该卷扬机构使用安全性。To solve the fault problem of the left winch abnormal motion for a windlass,the falt tree method has been used.The reason of the abnormal motion is that the elctromagnetic valve is been blocked up by a metal pellet.The spool of the elctromagnetic valve cannot been closed and then the pressure oil drive the left motor turning round through the valve.Through the scanning electron microscope,the metal pellet component is proved with the same as the elctromagnetic valve.And the maintaion advices of the winch hydraulic have been presented,and the using safety of the windlass can been enhanced.
