乡村振兴视角下晋城高职人才培养模式改革分析

摘　　要：党的十九大提出的乡村振兴战略为职业教育的发展提供了现实路径选择。晋城地区乡村有得天独厚的发展优势,但也有明显的短板。晋城职业教育要为当地乡村振兴培养知识型治理人才、创新型经营人才、专业型技能人才、服务型实干人才,为助推晋城乡村产业振兴、人才振兴、文化振兴、生态振兴、组织振兴提供必要的人才保障。The strategic decision of rural revitalization proposed by the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China provides a realistic path choice for the development of vocational education.The rural areas in Jincheng have unique advantages in development,but also have obvious shortfalls.Jincheng vocational education should cultivate knowledge-based management talents,innovative management talents,professional skills talents and service-oriented practical talents for the local rural revitalization,and provide necessary talent guarantee resources for promoting the revitalization of rural industry,talent,culture,ecology and organization.
