基于语言学视域的医患会话研究述评

摘　　要：医患沟通不畅是导致医患关系紧张的重要原因,研究医患会话对实现有效医患沟通、构建和谐医患关系至关重要。对我国医患会话语言学领域的研究进行梳理,在语言学领域,医患会话的研究视域大致可以分为五类:话语分析、批评话语分析、语用学、系统功能语言学、社会语言学。其在不同视域下研究现状具体表现为:相关文献的数量越来越多,医患会话在各研究视域下均呈百花齐放之势,取得的成果颇丰,但也尚存不足之处,还有很大的发展空间。The poor doctor-patient communication is the main factor that leads to the tense doctor-patient relations.The study on doctor-patient communication is important for constructing harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.This article reviews and combs domestic research,so as to explore the development trend of doctor-patient communication in the field of linguistics.It is concluded that in the field of linguistics,the studies of doctor-patient communication can be divided into five categories:discourse analysis,critical discourse analysis,pragmatics,systemic functional linguistics and sociolinguistics.Although the number of relevant literatures is increasing,the study of doctor-patient discourse is flourishing,and prominent achievements have been reached,there are still some inadequacies and great room for development.
