摘  要:生命科学研究进入到大数据时代,以组学大数据研究为核心的生物信息学技术已经发展为畜牧科学研究的重要支撑。生物信息学知识更新快、实践性强,针对大数据背景下生物信息学教学中存在的问题,笔者借助学校高性能计算平台开展了实验教学改革,以项目教学法为主要手段,以高性能计算平台为载体,针对基因组大数据分析的教学特点设计实验教学项目,进行教学实践探索。与传统教学方法相比,依托高性能计算平台的项目教学法紧跟生物信息学研究前沿,激发了学生对基因组大数据分析的学习热情,锻炼了学生编程能力和服务器使用技能,提高了学生独立解决问题的综合能力,符合生物信息学实验课程教学的内在规律,取得了较好的教学效果,值得在实验教学中推广和应用。Life science research has entered the era of big data,and bioinformatics technology with omics big data research as the core has become an essential support for animal science studies.The knowledge of bioinformatics is updated rapidly and is of practicalness.In view of the problems in the teaching of bioinformatics under the background of big data,we used the project-based teaching method to carry out the experimental bioinformatics teaching with the help of the high-performance computing platform and designed experiments based on the characteristics of genomic big data.Compared with traditional teaching methods,project-based teaching methods relying on high-performance computing platforms are closely integrated with the frontiers of bioinformatics research,which stimulates students'enthusiasm for genomic big data analysis,trains students'programming skills and computer server use skills,and improves students'comprehensive ability in dealing with problems independently.The reform conforms to the inherent laws of Bioinformatics experiment teaching,and has achieved great teaching effects,which is worthy of promotion and application in experimental teaching.
